Introduction:

Do Pro is a new brand that sells patented lip thickening and eye care products based on a revolutionary formula that contains hyaluronic acid, elastin, vitamins, plant extracts, and unique natural oils. The purpose of the brand is to launch products that give women a lips bump and a shiny appearance while reducing wrinkles. Do Pro incorporates its unique OXYPRO technology in its formulas to make the ingredients more active and effective. In the begining of 2022, the brand joined RPGECOM, to prepare its upcoming launch on Amazon USA.

Challenges:

The challenge was to build the brand and an entire branded store on Amazon from scratch and launch a new line of products that were new to the market. Additionally, the cosmetics category is one of the most saturated on Amazon, making it difficult to stand out from the competition in the beginning when no social proof exists and launch quickly.

Solution:

RPGECOM engaged in a full store set up on Amazon by opening a new seller account, creating product pages with highly converting creatives and copywriting, arranging the entire logistics chain, and finally launching the brand on Amazon just before the hottest selling period in Q4. The creative and marketing strategy focused on highlighting the high-quality and uniqueness of Do Pro’s products and the benefits of the patented OXYPRO technology.

Results:

Despite the challenges of launching in a highly saturated category, Do Pro’s sales velocity started to increase gradually from day 1, allowing the brand to advance on organic positions. The launch was eventually successful as we carefully planned to launch just before the hottest seasons in Q4, taking advantage of the massive traffic of buyers on Amazon and the increased search volume in the dedicated keywords that were important and relevant to us.
