Introduction:

Carroself is a revolutionary brand that sells a patent pending smart pill dispenser. The product has an advanced mechanism that allows the user to twist and adjust the dispenser for each use and day of the week, making it more convenient and user-friendly than traditional pill dispensers. In August 2022, the brand owner partnered with RPGECOM to launch their new line of products on Amazon USA.

Challenges:

The main challenge for Carroself was building an entire branded store on Amazon from scratch in a short period of time, and successfully launching in a conservative market that was dominated by simple plastic product of Chinese brands. The product was new and had a high price tag, which made it difficult to attract customers without any reviews.

Solution:

RPGECOM set up Carroself’s a store on Amazon under a tight deadline, within just 1 month. We opened a new seller account, created product pages with highly converting creatives and copywriting we created ourselves, arranged the entire logistics chain, and launched the brand on Amazon before the busy Q4 selling period.

Results:

Despite the challenges, Carroself was able to launch successfully in a highly-saturated and low-priced market. After gaining first reviews, sales velocity started to increase gradually, allowing the brand to advance in organic positions. Within the first 3 months, Carroself sold 220+ units and generated 8400$ in revenue.
